FAQ´S

What is the price dependent on?

The price of our translation and language support services depends on several key factors that reflect the nature and scope of the project. The cost for standard translations is calculated per page (corresponding to one page in Arial 12 format with standard 2.54 cm margins.) We offer a price per word for more extensive projects of 50 pages or more. In addition, proofreading is also charged per word, ensuring that every detail is carefully reviewed. The cost is determined hourly for specialized services such as final format editing (LSO) and glossaries, reflecting the time and accuracy required for these jobs. Additional services such as scanning and digital document delivery are also billed hourly, while duplicate printing is also charged additionally. Each element is evaluated to offer a fair and competitive price tailored to each client's specific needs.

How do I request a project?

The process for requesting a translation project with us is straightforward and designed to ensure clarity and efficiency at every step. It all starts when we receive the client's initial interest through direct contact or consultation. From there, we request that the documents that shall be translated be sent electronically, preferably scanned with good quality, via email and, in turn, request information regarding the target audience, the objective of the translation, and the tone to align the project with the client's expectations. This allows us to evaluate the material accurately and avoid errors in the translation. Once we receive the documents, we send a detailed quote that includes the cost of the project and an estimated delivery date. This quote is based on the complexity and volume of the work required. If the client approves the quote and conditions, the project is scheduled with their approval, which ensures that both parties are aligned on the agreed terms. From then on, our professional translators start working on the project, following the established schedule to meet the agreed delivery date.
